With over three decades of experience in the field of mechanical manufacturing, including the last 20 years devoted successfully to designing and implementing lean systems, and a decade and a half focused on World Class Manufacturing (WCM)-based structure applications. Throughout my career, I have applied lean systems in various units and countries, underscoring my commitment to optimizing operations on a global scale. The lean concept is not merely an operational methodology; it embodies a profound way of thinking and acting, permeating the cultural fabric of the organization. In roles as COO and later as General Manager, I have spearheaded cultural change, fostering an efficiency-oriented mindset and continuous evolution.
